June 10 , 2015Annison Capital Partners, LLC (“ACP”) is pleased to announce its acquisition of Answer 1 Communications.ACP is led by Parker Davis, who will assume the role of CEO at Answer 1. ACP’s goal was to acquire a single company and support its operations through experience and investment to accelerate growth and build an enduring enterprise. ACP chose Answer 1 for investment from over the 1,000+ companies it reviewed during 2014 and the first part of 2015. “We are thrilled to be partnering with Answer 1” said Parker Davis.
